Exchange Policy
No refunds will be provided for Stinky Couture™ products. We will gladly accept exchanges on new, unused, non-laundered items within 14 days of purchase. Shipping will only be refunded if the return is due to a workmanship or product defect. Please contact us using our contact form or via email to notify us of the need for a return prior to mailing and to obtain mailing information. Item must be returned via USPS with Signature Confirmation. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

Please review our size chart prior to purchase. Choosing the proper size is the customer’s responsibility. Our products are made using consistent patterns, but as hand crafted products, each item can vary slightly in size and appearance. Our sizing charts are provided as general guidelines for fit and we are happy to provide more specific recommendations based on your baby’s measurements.

Customs Policy
No refunds or exchanges on custom orders, this includes the STINKY Fixx™ and YPS (you pick size) orders. Turnaround times are not guaranteed. Turnaround time for YPS singles and custom orders up to six diapers can range from two to six weeks. The STINKY Fixx™ turnaround time can range from four to twelve weeks. On occasion situations arise that are out of my control such as machine issues or delayed fabric orders. Please be assured that every effort will be made to fulfill orders in a timely fashion.

Fabric requests for custom orders are subject to availability and appropriateness of chosen fabric, as well there may be fabrics that are not eligible. Customers are welcome to send in their own fabric for a custom order. Once fabric is received, the fabric becomes the property of Stinky Couture™ unless it is determined that the fabric is not appropriate or suitable for the requested custom. In the case of a fabric not being suitable or appropriate for a requested custom order, the fabric will be returned at the customers cost.

Product Warranty
Each and every Stinky Couture™ product is lovingly hand sewn on top of the line equipment with a devotion to quality and workmanship. If a defect is noted, such as detached snaps, faulty elastic or related construction flaws, we will happily repair or replace the item within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decide whether the defect warrants repair or comparable replacement upon our inspection. This warranty does not cover “wear and tear”, excessive use, fabric fading, improper care such as the use of bleach, fabric softeners, Oxi Clean or similar products. All product warranties are void if items were improperly laundered. Please see our care instructions for proper care guidelines for your Stinky Couture™ product.

Snaps: We will replace any needed snaps indefinitely. After 30 days, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We encourage using USPS delivery confirmation for snap replacement items as we cannot be responsible for items lost in mailing.

*Please do use care when opening snaps. We ask that you not abuse snaps, they are not meant to be “ripped” apart. Firmly hold each side of snapped fabric and gently pull apart.

Only original purchasers are eligible for returns and warranty coverage. Stinky Couture™ will not guarantee, repair, refund or replace any of our items that have been purchased second hand. Warranties do not apply to second hand purchases of Stinky Couture™ products.

The occasional “second” quality items made available are offered without warranty and will not be accepted for return or repair.

Shipping
We ship USPS Priority with Signature Confirmation to domestic addresses. When paying with PayPal, the address listed with the PayPal payment is the only one that we will use for the shipping of orders. International orders ship USPS Priority with Insurance. No exception to this policy will be made. In stock items will ship within 3-5 days business days of payment being received and cleared; Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and requested service, such as Signature Confirmation and/or Insurance.

International Customs Fees
When shipping to customers abroad, please be aware that some countries assess customs fees on incoming parcels. Prior to placing an order it is the responsibility of the customer to verify and be aware of any possible customs fees on orders being received. International customers are responsible for any and all applicable customs fees. When shipping International we will not mark orders as a “gift” or as valued less than their true value on the customs form. Providing false information is unethical and considered mail fraud.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information. We will not distribute your personal information (including email address) to any third party except for our trusted business partners for the sole purpose of processing or fulfilling customer orders.

Any information that you submit to public areas of the site such as discussion boards or comments are available to our community. Any information that you disclosed in these areas becomes public information. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose any personal information in these areas.
